I have worked with a lot of people who struggled finding their true personal WHY and their genuine interests in life. Clarifying that, and finding your aim and vision is quite powerful and motivating. It gives you direction and scope, and it fosters meaning. It took me 10 years myself.

I'm a Millennial myself, and it took me more than 10 years to really admit and be proud of my own personal opinion, value orientation and setbacks in life. 


HONESTY & VULNERABILITY IS NOT A WEAKNESS BUT A STRENGTH

We learn from various SoMe-Influencers and "College Dropouts" that we can become millionaires in a week if we just get the perfect idea. And I am here to tell you that isn't farther from the truth and reality. Great relationships are therapeutic, finding joy in what you do, becoming the best on your ice hockey team at skating, becoming the student with the highest GPA are not accomplished in one week or one year. It takes years. Yes, I know it sounds horrible, but you have to decide - Are you a fighter, or do you simply give up? 


If becoming successful was accomplished in a year, then everyone would be successful.
